It will bring your up to date with clinical guidelines of when to use B12 as a supplement, inform you on the different forms of B12, their dosage and when to use them. It will also provide an understanding on the interdependence of B-Vitamins in the process of methylation.

Simon Billings

Simon graduated from the AECC in 2001 & works three days a week as a Chiropractor in Southampton. He uses integrative nutritional/functional medicine as a key component for the treatment of chronic conditions.
